30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every order is protected by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Return
To start a return simply email us at hello@herflect.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with your return instructions. You do not need to send the item back before we process your refund in most cases.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email the moment it is processed.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return your item should be unused and in its original condition. If your item arrived damaged or faulty we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you regardless of the 30-day window.
Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or colour we are happy to exchange it for you. Simply email hello@herflect.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out for you.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
